Site Issues - Sat 5th Aug

Its running very slow this evening and there are not many of us on here . It looks like the same symptoms as last week!!

Yeah wow, I only just got on now. I couldn't get on since 8pm last night.

Seems we were down from last night until around an hour ago. Still working on what happened - bear with us...

You need a decent hosting provider, and not to run on Windows. I can help with both ;-)

Well it always seems to happen on a Saturday afternoon/Sunday Morning. So I think the problem is that the server has become a Mormon.

The site seems to be having a few issues at the moment. I am sure that everyone is working on it. However, you will see it is not possible to start new threads or reply to topics. But you can use the quick reply screen which appears at the bottom of an active topic

The "post.asp" page, for an unknown reason, got fried (for those that are of a technical and curious nature, over a 1000 lines of code got replaced by garage code). Luckily I keep backups, so was able to replace the corrupted version with a copy.
