I'm certainly not short of options on server space (even got a dual-pentium web server in my own rack at the end of 18MB's worth of pipe).
The company I work for have about 22Gbps of bandwidth. We provide DDoS mitigation services and hardened DNS, and are located at TeleCity Harbour Exchange. If you're interested, I'll see how much we charge for space (I'll try and get a good one!).
If you get a new server in somewhere and up and running, switching over should be a cinch. Should only have a few minutes of downtime, though if you wanted to switch over with 100% sync of messages, I'm sure we would all accept a larger downtime for the long-term benefit of the service.
