I booked a group trip to USA back in August 07 for travel in July 08. I have just received notification that VS have imposed a 32 fuel surcharge per person on top of the charges already given when we paid our deposit (making the taxes and charges we are paying around 250 per person with the actual flights (ex tax) only costing 320). Given all the recent news about fuel surcharges - doesnt this new fuel surcharge seem a bit steep and a bit sudden?
