I purchased £360 of flying club miles five weeks ago and cancelled the purchase the following day as flits had changed. There is a 7 day cooling off period. I was told a refund could take up to 2 weeks. The miles were taken off my account instantly but Five weeks later still no refund. I called Flying Club at 9.40 am who told me that they couldn't help as Points.com only opens at 10 am! I emailed FC 4 days ago to chase refund, no reply which is unusual for them. Has anyone else had problems of this nature? Something not quite right I think..
