Can anyone tell me who has flown on the UCS 343s what rows are the sleep zone? The no. 1 and I have 5A and 6A on VS24 on 11 Oct (which is showing as a suite plane) but don't want to be in sleep zone, or in the rear section, or next to the bar.

Fusspots or wot!

Check out the seat map section for position of bar.

The sleep zone on the 346 row 7 and forward but not too sure whether this is the same with the 343.

edit: This thread suggests the 9 seats in the B zone will be snooze.

The VS024 does not have snooze zone. It is only available on shorter flights from the US East Coast.

As you would prefer not to sit near the bar, the suites in row 9 are best avoided.

Hope this helps.

I absoltuely love the B section on the 343s - it's so "intimate" and feels more private. Sorry, I know this doesn't help your situation, Slinky09![:I]

Cheers,

Great - I'm on VS24 in January and don't want to be in the snooze zone and sounds as though there won't be one.

Though is this because VS24 is a daft "Good Night Flight" and the whole cabin is a snooze zone??[:?]

I'll not start a rant about the "Good Night Flight" as its been down before!!

I get why some people like to sleep on flights, but I won't. Don't want to waste my time in the UCS sleeping[:o)]
