Now you are talking any bottle of Bolly always goes down a treat, also White Star is worth a bottle or two for the less expensive side of Champers....

At the risk of being thought a complete pleb, I quite enjoy Cava:D

Dean and I bought a few cases of Freixenet a while back in a deal that worked out about £3 a bottle. Its great! Sometimes I fancy a bottle of bubbles and to be honest I can't really tell the difference. If I had a bottle of that with a bottle of a proper champers next to each other I am sure I could, but just drinking it sat in the park on a sunny afternoon i'm non the wiser and most importantly i enjoy it.
