I have around 27,000 Krisflyer miles and am wondering whether I can transfer these to my FC account, or even use directly as an upgrade vehicle for a Virgin Atlantic flight.

As much I'd love t use them on Singapore Airlines, I just seem never to go to the destinations theyr are flying to directly.

Thanks

The only thing I think you can do is spend your Krisflyer miles on VS flights by booking a reward flight on VS using SIA. So for 20K Krisflyer miles you could book a one-way reward flight on VS from LHR to East coast US.

SIA spend values on VS flights can be found here

Wow - 110K Krisflyer miles needed for an Upper reward flight to SFO/LAS or LAX from the UK - that's a lot of miles!!! [:0]

Interesting looking at that spend table.

While most spends are the same or more than using Virgin miles one notable exception is PE to Orlando or Miami which is only 50k using Krisflyer miles while VS charge 65k.
