Had a strange conversation this morning.
I had my first Virgin Credit Card statement arrive and there was no mention of any FC Miles on it.
Rang up the number and was first told that "This month all statements had accidentally gone out without any miles balance on them"
I was then re directed to anothe VS lady who asked me for my FC number as they had mislaid it!
Anyway, the upshot is that the missing 5,600 miles have now been added.
I just wondered if anyone else had a stement without mileage balance on it, or is it as I suspect, only mine as they had "lost" my FC number?

TIA

My statement date is the 25th (tomorrow) - having just had a look at my account online - there's no sign of the usual number of FC miles been displayed 1 or 2 days before the statement date at the bottom of the online transaction page....I will yet you know.

I noticed on my online statement that there were no FC points awarded. Nice to know it isn't just me.

Hope they sort it soon though.

Just for a change mine appeared yesterday, right on schedule.

My apologies, it seems after problems with mine for the last couple of months they have concentrated on getting mine right at every one else's expense.

:D;)

After I received my FC card it took 3 months and at least 3 calls to get the bonus 4,000 miles credited. During that time I was told that the 'month' during which miles accrue is not necessarily the same 'month' as my statement. Therefore, I can spend 20k on my card statement, but receive a different number (ie not 40k) of FC miles. Of course, it evens out over time, but it does make it pretty hard to keep track. I trust to luck. 155k miles accrued in 10 months to date.

Just applied for a card, then found out of the special promotional code from i-fly that will get me 6000 bonus miles on my first purchase as opposed to the usual 4000. Can't believe they can't just add this promotion onto the card I've just applied for - they didn't so I've started my application again, this time quoting the i-fly reference.

God, I must be desparate for miles! :)
