Not actually stayed at Paris, but I've eaten in the Eiffel Tower restaurant (some comments in this thread). It was absolutely fantastic - top notch service and food (though fairly expensive by US standards) :)

Hi

Stayed at Bellagio last time, almost opposite, but ate a couple of times in restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. In line with other comments, food was excellent (especially the pancakes with banana and maple syrup -mmmm!) for both breakfast and dinner. The atmosphere was really brilliant, you could (or I could anyway!) almost believe you were sitting outside in a Parisienne Cafe in Paris. Service was good too - it showed you how popular it was by the long queues to get in.

Excellent hotel from what little I saw (don't think much of the machines though - won nothing!), and would certainly reccommend the food!

Try looking and asking questions in

Whatever you do, you must sample a Sunday Champagne Buffet at Bellagio, Paris, or Aladdin (but not Caesar's Palace)

Off topic slightly but I stayed at Caesar's in Apr and I was not that impressed by it either. Luxor the year before was much better.

I have stayed at Paris a couple of times (back when it was part of the Hilton HHonors scheme) and found it to be one of the nicer Vegas hotels. The rooms are decent to larger size compared to most Vegas properties and are very well kept. You will enjoy your stay.

The only "must" recommendation is to have brunch one morning at the main buffet. The selection of food is incredible and the quality is excellent for a buffet meal. Go hungry.

Not stayed there but it is one of my fave casinos for atmosphere, and the buffet is top notch. On the downside, it is always really busy in the walkways, check in etc, because the place is les than half the size of the Bellagio, with the same number of rooms/people.

From what I hear, the pool is average and a bit dull.

But the location is fantastic!

Also regarding the Paris buffet, lunch is served until 5.30 pm when dinner starts and the dinner items are brought out (crab legs, etc). So, you can save yourself a few dollars by getting there just before 5.30 if it suits your timetable.
The Paris buffet has a nice atmosphere; far better than the MGM Grand, in which there was a wedding reception taking place when I last looked in[:0]
