Leads for Villas in Tuscany

We are contemplating a large gathering next July in Tuscany, and beginning to look into Villas.

Does anyone have any leads on providers (preferably experienced), exact sizes still to be confirmed but circa 8+ bedrooms, ideally Lucca area..
