My daughter's 17th birthday tomorrow and a christening on Sunday

Nieces 18th Bday party tomorrow night and sofa day on Sunday revolving around the British Grand Prix.

Off for a theme park fix tomorrow at Thorpe park. Sunday is time to chill and do more holiday planning!

Time with daughter/small grandson tomorrow. Sunday shopping, chillin' and reading the papers. Anything other than the News of the World!

7k race tomorrow,(running). Bar-b-que in the afternoon. Calories out - calories in! Hopefully break even! Weight session Sunday. Probably get on the Xbox at some time...Boring and proud!
