My kind of thinking
What's the going rate for FC miles given as compensation for a crash?!

I suppose it would depend on how far you got. Would seem overly generous to give you the full miles balance when you didn't reach the destination!
Did the cheese trolley survive?
A purple boarding card, pre-booked cowshed treatment, glass of T10 with lime, a proper amenity kit, packet of polos and a Freedom Menu please!

There's your cause then. Grossly overloaded.
Who's going to be the first to complain on the airlines Facebook page?
Thanks

Indeed, especially when you also consider the 10,000 bottles of champagne loaded for the pre flight drink.
I wonder how long it will be before we start seeing a shift in first class seating towards the rear of the plane. Right will be the new Left...
I thought the programme was good but it was such a controlled crash that it can't possibly be a fair indicator of where is 'safest' to sit. It's always going to come down to what type of crash it is.
I think the useful info is all the stuff that people on this site will already know but unfortunately those less 'educated' think they know; pay attention to the safety demo, do as instructed by the cabin crew, stow luggage safety etc.

4C
Seems I didn't make it
But at least I was in First Class- not a bad way to go

I can't help wondering how on earth did the aircraft leave the ground with all the passengers on board, not to mention all the bottles of champagne necessary for the 1,000+ first class passengers on board.
The whole aircraft made the A380 look like a teeny-tiny Cessna given the passenger numbers

Never mind survival, how many Tier points and miles will I get?

Depends on whether you survive
"Your plane crashed? Oh dear, that's not what we want to hear....."
Have 4000 miles
Thanks
