I flew out of T5 this morning and thankfully luggage arrived ok. Just as well as it was full of Pakora and black pudding[:I]

Goes to show that BAA or BA they cant plan before it opens or if anything goes wrong! Im glad i am not flying out of there anytime soon.

Anyone had to be evacuated from T5 cos of a fire alarm? Wonder if they really are prepared for this!!! Everything else seems to be shambles at t5 still. Just another problem that BA doesn't need when its 'fighting for survivial'

If I may, reluctantly, put my Daily Mail style hat on, it beggars belief that there appears to be no relief plan for these kind of mishaps. Maybe the BAA really do believe they and their baggage system is infallible.
