Shouldn't they actually be going after Rolls Royce ? The engines stopped working, the plane didn't.
This is of course tongue in cheek.
No cause has been found yet, so how in the hell do you sue Boeing ?
Or is this just a simple lawyer error in not understanding that the engines and the aircraft are two separate things, bought separately by the airline ?
