Transitting and use of Lounges at LGW

Having never been in transit at LGW before, i find myself arriving from BDA(Clubworld) at 6.40am and then flying out to DUB(Y) at 10.35am.

I would very much appreciate some help with the following:

1-Can I use the BA arrivals lounge, which I believe is in the Sofitel Hotel next to the airport if I am in transit?

2-Can I use the BA Terraces lounge if I am in transit? I think the lounge is landside, i'm not sure! I am newly BA Ag so it would be nice to use this before the flight to DUB.

I am guessing your flight to DUB is on BA?

I only think you can use the arrivals lounge if you clear customs. This seems to imply that is the case.

If you are flying BA to DUB then you can use the BA Terraces lounge. According to this as BA Ag you can use the club world and club europe lounges.

Mrs G, you will be able to use the arrivals lounge, and the Terraces in the North Terminal. Also, bear in mind there is an Elemis spa adjacent to the Terraces which may mean you could just head there to refresh rather than arrivals then Terraces. In the Terraces lounge, I prefer upstairs - it's a little quieter than the main floor.

There isn't a spa at LGW, just a shower suite. If you have Silver, I'd be quite happy to head for the Terraces unless you are desperate for hot food. IIRC the arrivals lounge does have some hot nibbles.
