After asking 40'000 to take a job cut we finally have a response from the ba staff. And almost 7'000 agreed to take a pay cut, which has now saved 10 million pounds, but is this really enough with the 400 million loss and decreasing volumes?
Also Wee-willie Walsh was quoted as saying 'this is is a fantastic first response' Does this mean BA staff have even more cuts to come? The union and BA have announced they are still in negotiations and are hoping to have this settled by 30th June.

2% of the work force agreed to work for free (or around 800), so does that mean if there cabin crew they would still get expenses? And just not take home a basic salary [:?]
