I keep getting notifications that someone has replied to a topic I have subscribed to, only to find when I go to the topic that they have not done so. For example received today at 1535:

(username) has replied to a topic on V-Flyer Forums that you requested notification to. Regarding the subject - After Dinner Drink sir?.

When I looked the user given under (username) had not posted to the topic, but they had posted to another topic (which I was not subscribed to) at precisely the same moment as the notification was sent. Am I doing something wrong?
