Return flight was just as good as the outward journey.

Same cabin crew as on outbound journey and was greeted like an old friend, senior cabin crew lady again spoke to all Business Premier passengers one to one. I was again addressed by name on several occasions.

Managed to be first off the aircraft at LHR which is always nice.

I reckon I have probably taken 30 flights with ANZ and can never remember there being a problem with the IFE, something I certainly could not say about VS.

I think of myself as a loyal VS customer but certainly as long as ANZ continue to offer lower prices and better service on the LHR/HGK route they will continue to get my business.

Here's hoping that VS one day catch up with the service levels provided by ANZ.
