Arrived at ABQ in good time only to realise at check in that due to a senior moment I had booked my flight for the day before. Anyway, a swift passing of $100 had this sorted and I was re-booked. Passing the mexican restaurant which another v-flyer had recommended (it was too early but did indeed look good) I went through a very polite and smiling security.
Flights were all on time on a EJ-145 to Houston then onto a 737. The 737 was pretty tight for space in the seats. However on the EJ-145 I was lucky to get a single seat to port which was great. Just a snack of juice and nuts on the short 1 1/2 hour flight to houston. A more substantial and quite tasty pizza on the 3 hour flight to JFK. Otherwise pretty little to report on the flights, which is a good sign.
JFK was it's normal self. Too crowded, too far walking, too dirty and too far from Manhattan. I think it rates as my least liked airport with the possible exceptions of LHR T2 and CDG.
