After the rather wet and windy couple of days in Scotland time to head home. A relatively unremarkable journey really - plane really quiet with only 60 passengers, meaning lots of empty seats. Had the choice of cheese ploughmans and egg and cress sandwich OR tuna and cucumber / BLT. Opted for the latter, although the bacon didn't look too appealing, so ended up having a lovely lettuce and tomato sandwich instead.

The landing was the only remarkable bit of the trip. On the way down, I think because of all the wind, we were continually moving left to right which was a little unnerving. And then we when touched down, it felt as though the left side was on the runway, then the nose wheel and then finally the right side and we seemed to vear off to the right and then break VERY hard.....a slightly odd landing all in all. However on the plane quickly, through the airport and off home on the DLR, and back indoors within 35 minutes. So much quicker than if we had flown back to LHR. You just have to love LCY (especially on the return if you have bags!)
