After a two night stay in Dublin it was time to head back. The only problem with flying to LCY on a Saturday is that there is only one flight, which leaves at 09:00 (not god after a big night out).

Pre-flight
AF / CityJet use the old terminal 1 which is also used by Ryanair and other LCC. Check-in was a nightmare! The business desk was hidden behinda queue of people snaking their way to economy. Having "pushed" through to many glares, there was a bit of a wait to get checked in / drop bag off. This time premium status was noticed - allowed to use fast track boarding and bag tagged priority. Fast track security was part-fast, part-normal......no one seemed to understand liquids etc!

There is a lounge at Terminal 1 - similar to a BAA lounge. No-one seems to check the food available as several packs of the "Irish bread" were mouldy! Limited breakfast items but plenty of alcohol!

Flight
This time I had a seat in the middle of be plane - much wider. It was also a much quieter flight with spare seats everywhere. Crew again were very cheery and helpful throughout the flight. This time it was a choice of fresh muffins - not pre-packed in plastic and they were large and very tasty! Couple of drinks rounds on flight - only coffee / juice for me!!

Arrival
The only comment here is that normally luggage is very quick at LCY. Today, however, they were on a go slow!
