Hard Nose Virgin Holidays

I had a similer thing happen to me for a Feb 05 holiday. I had booked in Feb 04 6 flydrives with VH. At that time they had a special early booking discount. Basicaly book before the brochure comes out and you get a discount. Well the brochure is published and the fares are cheaper!! Since the flydrives were booked with VH and the brochure was VH, then you would that I would get some more discount, well they didn't want to know! However the TA was the virgin holidays one, can't remember the name and they saw my point and reduced the flight prices. I only got this because the offer was published as "early booking".

By posting on V-Flyer, you are implicitly seeking the opinions of others. If you don't want to hear those opinions, then don't post. Name calling and accusations don't make strong arguments; facts are good.

The bias of V-Flyer comes because, given a choice, I'd rather fly on Virgin Atlantic than British Airways. But I'm not on the payroll, and they're not saints.

I welcome posts that encourage fair debate, but if you don't want to play by the rules, then you have to find somewhere else to play. This is for the comfort and pleasure of all our visitors.
