Are all UC seats available for pre-booking or are 40% of these also held back until check-in?

Some UC seats are not always available for online assignment (primarily Snooze Zone, so as not to fill the space with pax who don't want to snooze), but if you want to double check what's available a quick call to UC reservations is the best way to know for certain.
