Best Flights to NY

Ok so am flying to NY in Y [:(]

with so many flights available [?] can anyone recommend which flights are best,want to get to NY early-ish and leave late-ish.

Am looking for recommendations in terms of v-port,plane type etc?

I always fly VS 1/2 Because 99% of the time its V:PORT! unless you want JFk then I personaly would take VS3 and VS46. Just my opion...

If you want to get there early, take the 3.

Took the 09:30 to JFK in Y last week, and it was pretty well full. Not a problem to be honest for such a short flight (compared with my usual trips to the West Coast).

Coming back, if you can, go for the 07:30 - it was only half full in Y and I ended up with an exit row window seat, and empty aisle seat next to me; very nice thank you. Again for only 6 hours its not that bad in Y.

Here are a list of VS's flights to New York with arrival and Departure times. The only flight to NYC that doesn't usually have V-Port is the VS17/18, so aviod these if you are really wanting to have V-Port but as all other LHR a/c have V-Port then any other fligh shouldn't be a problem for this feature.

As for which are the busiest flights, This thread discussed the issue a little while ago and should give you a few tips.
