This came up a few weeks ago, see here

It seems you should get the miles when you pre-order duty free online so a quick call seems to sort it if your miles have not turned up yet.

I believe all Retail Therapy FC miles transactions are only processed once a month, so it can take a month or so to get the miles credited.

Pr-ordered Duty-free (10 FFCmiles per 1 spend) are added the following month. Shopping via VS on-line FC, the miles are added once a month, usually after you have had and paid your card off. Had no problems with either so far, after querying as and when the miles are added myself with VS. After the initial idea of shopping via the FC was blazed on their website it now seems you actively have to look for it (I do so under the'Your Messages' section). If it's elsewhere on the site I'd appreciate knowing where as I'm using it to buy all my Christmas presents. Thanks

I had an issue getting miles credited for some flights I bought through the shopping thing, I booked on AA through expedia. For some reason they didn't want to credit me till after the travel, sadly this went against their own T&C's so after a couple of emails the miles were credited.

Since then they have been credited two more times [B)].

I did contact the FC to have them removed, as usual the FC is doing it's normal great job of fixing things [:w]

Have done quite a lot of shoping via the FC Shopping Link recently and yesterday noticed top right hand corner it said 'Shopping History'. When clicked on it showed what I had bought and how many miles were going to be credited to my account next month.
