Ok I think that that we've reached a bit of a turning point. Over the last few months all i've been reading on here is how bad VS has got. Price, availability, clean planes, food, service, CH cutbacks, snacks on board etc. etc. etc.

I think VS may have reached tipping point when some of it's most loyal customers are complaining on an ongoing basis about all the above and more on a forum that is dedicated to talking about VS.

If anyone from the airline is reading this you might want to consider if you are maybe going a bit too far. If the guys on here think it's bad what the hell does everyone else think? I've read a lot of negative comments on others sites as well so I don't this this is isolated to the guys on here.

It's good to make savings in the interest of saving the business but not when those savings in themselves have a detrimental impact. Come on VS bean counter guys wake up and smell the coffee before it's too late, that is if you can find any coffee with all the cutbacks.

I can understand where your coming from, but we are trying to round up all the complaint threads and put them in one place, just to make it a little easier on everyone, including maybe the VS lurkers.

So that being the case I am going to lock this thread down, please feel free to drop me a line if you would like to discuss this.

I would also say copy and paste your post in THIS thread as I do think it is a good post.
