upgrade miles?

hi all
just booked a trip LAX to NBO via LHR
paid full PE fare used miles to upgrade to UC on all flights
do i get miles for the PE purchase i made and tier points?

Yep, you will get miles and TP's for the paid fare.

To add to the reply from Scrooge, what you may find is that you will have to call Flying Club after you have completed your trip, so as to get the miles and Tier Points credited to your account

Alternatively just complete a missing miles form . When it says you haven't taken the flight you are claiming for (which it will [:)])just sent a further mail (again via the missing miles link) giving the flight details and saying you upgraded from a S/W to a G. The base miles and tier points will usually be added on pretty much within 24 hours (in my experience). I usually claim immediately after each completed leg.

This is because VS's FC / booking system has a flaw in that PE to UC upgraded with miles 'disappears' from the miles recognition part of the system. Happens to me all the time, just email FC using the FC feedback form and as DL says, they usually post the PE miles and TPs within a day or so.
