Well, 3 days to go till a VERY long awaited San Fran/Vegas trip and I finally got the email inviting me and the other half to use the drive through check in.
Gave them a call, all very efficient, actually got the the lady who had sent the email on the phone. So, car booked to whisk us from Twickenham to T3, the drive through booked and hopefully even less time than normal mingling with the riff raff...
