It's the Delta Crown Room that UC passengers can use in Orlando. You will be able to find some comments about it by searching the various trip reports on here.

As Tink has said UC pax use the Delta Crown Room.

It is nothing special but certainly better than staying downstairs in the woefully inadequate main gate area. There are always pax having to sit on the floor and the food and drink facilities aren't great.

The lounge has a free bar, very limited snacks and also free wifi. It is okay to spend 90mins or so just before the flight, but I certainly wouldn't want to spend much more time than that.

Would fully concur with what Neil has said y)

Given the Terminal and Gate area can be a perfect recipe for causing stress, the Delta Crown Room can be a haven of calm.

That said, top marks for the VS Ground Crew for the way they consistently mange the boarding process oo)

In the Delta Crown Room, you will;

1. Get a seat
2. Probably be free from stressed families with screaming kids (delighted [NOT] to be leaving "The Mouse")
3. Get a free drink or two

I can all but guarantee that you will not get any of the above 3 items at the main boarding gates.

When boarding time comes, a PA announcement is made in the Crown Room and there is normally a member of VS Ground Staff sent to meet the UC pax, escort them to the gate and put them into the UC boarding queue, so you're on first.

The Crown Room is no Clubhouse. But given the choice of Crown Room or the waiting areas round the boarding gates, the Crown Room wins hands down.

If you take a look at this trip report at post number four you will seem some pictures taken from within the Delta Skyclub (the new name for Crown Rooms) Lounge at MCO. The writer of the TR seems fairly happy with what is on offer, however you must remember that he is comparing the lounge to other domestic US offerings and not a CH. Either way as others have said its a nice little haven from the busy terminal downstairs.
