Online check In and Twilight at Gatwick

Please excuse me, but I have one more stupid question that I hope you experts will be able to help me with.
In response to my previous question concerning pre booking my seats in Premium Economy I am going to check in 24 hours before my flight on line.
My question is: After doing this will I still be able to go to the twilight check in at Gatwick(as we are staying overnight in a hotel) and drop my luggage off to save having to do this on the morning of the flight. Ie, can i still use the twilight option after checking in on line?
Sorry for the stupid question but If you dont ask you will not get an answer.

Yes, you can do OLCI and still then do twilight check in also.

worth a try as you may get the bulkhead. dont forget not to include any 'banned' bits in the bag you keep with you

yes no problems with doing this at all. Means you can have extra time in bed etc

just remember the 100ml liquids and no sharp objects etc in your hand luggage rules.
