Hi... Hoping someone out there can help me... Currently stuck in LA due to the volcano and VH are being particularly unhelpful. They have given us a hotel room and been told to be grateful. can anyone clarify exactly what should be covered by them? Rep is arriving (for the first time!!!!) tomorrow and any info would help us here as every Brit I speak to has been given a different story about what they will cover during this event!
