I came home on VS76 from MCO today; it was positively the worst PE experience I have encountered, and fellow travellers I spoke to agreed. The problems included: choice of food running out before the cart got halfway down the bubble and dirty crockery and glassware (a full account will follow in a TR sometime soon). I voiced my concern to the crew (who were one of, if not the best I have ever flown with) and asked them to make a note in their catering report as I fully intend to write to VS on the subject. Although I am only Ag (which sadly won't get renewed this year) :# the FSM came and chatted to me, by name, apologising for this deterioration of the PE product, and assuring me that an entry would be made in her report. Like the 2 all-female crew in the bubble, she was most attentive but also somewhat embarrassed by the number of complaints she was receiving.

But I digress. The point of this post is to seek advice. Is contact with VS best made by e-mail or by letter and to whom? All advice gratefully received. I would hate to think that this was another attempt by beancounters to prune the service.

Best bet seems to be a personal letter to SRB at Crawley. If it was me, I would send it recorded delivery too. ;)

Coincidentally, Nick, we too were on V-ROS. Some of the other points in my soon-to-be-published TR include shoddy appearance and seats not working too n(
