Hi,

Off to Chicago friday and wondered....

I Haven't travelled in PE for a while and wondered what the current wine selection is in PE, is it the same vinegar as Economy or something similar to UC? Flew Econ to/from HKG in April and had a shock at the quality on offer. If its is similar to Economy I will stick with the beer, I just don't want to be one of those awkward customers who change their drink mid meal after one gulp.

I think its generic 'white or red sir' in PE rather than the extended choice in Upper.

Have a look at some of the recent PE TRs to / from the USA. They sometimes list the actal wines.

Enjoy Chicago

Just to confirm it's the same vinegar they serve in economy.

I saw the PE menu but without knowing the names of the wines served in economy I had to ask.

Shall be enjoying the proper stuff again in December on my way to Miami.
