G-VSUN - Strange Movements

Does anyone know why G-VSUN appears to have operated an LHR to YYZ/YHZ today? It's showing as inflight at the moment and its flight number is a 9*** code??

Not to get too political, but they have in the past promoted the notion of "Easyjet style local council services". Perhaps preaching and practising should be aligned.
