Off to St Lucia on Friday (23rd) in P/E so thought I would do a load check on V-Flyer.

Really weird. Y is completely sold out, but W and J are fully open i.e. 9+ available in each.

I know this was slightly heretical, but I thought the V-Flyer load checker was 'faulty' :0 . However, I went into the Virgin website and this was confirmed by doing some dummy bookings.

Does this seem strange to you? Could there be some of those mythical 'op ups' due to overbooking in Y? y) Not holding my breath on that one though !

I have never seen such a disparity between cabins before - maybe it is normal for that route as I have never done it before?

Just idle curiosity.

Happens to me regularly. I have sat in many an empty J cabin before. Particularly on NBO flights. Sometimes it's just me and one or two others. However, one flight I was completely on my own and the cabin crew commented "it's like having your own private jet, but better"!

Expertflyer shows the same result.

OK you'd expect the same if they had got the feed from VS but there have been times when there have been discrepancies (like when EF said the aircraft would be a 346 and VS and my own logic said it would be a 747) and I'd rely more on the V-Flyer info
