Economy Inflight meals LGW US

Does anyone know what you get if you order a special meal in economy cabin on the LGW routes to US?

I have an allergy to seafood and cant eat cheese, so was just wondering if there was a meal available that I could select.

I have seen the list, kosher, jain, vegetarian, etc etc but I dont want to order if I dont know whats coming!

Would be very grateful if anyone could shed some light

If you have an allergy to seafood, contact Special Assistance who will be able to order you a meal without the things in it that you allergic to.
