I don't know the exact number for the Crawley call centre but if there is a number on the website anywhere that is an 01293 number it should be the Crawley call centre,
Hope this helps!

The main switch board number for crawley is 01293 562 345, I have used this once before and it was not that successful, the reception staff do not seem that impressed to hear from the general public asking for reservations etc.

Another number that is avaialble is 0844 8110000

It is very annoying when you get through to the Indian call centres, whatever company you are calling, you end up wasting 20 minutes of your life and 9 times out of 10 not being able to sort what you want.

Best of luck

I believe the new VS Swansea call center is due to come online pretty soon.

All the press releases mentioned September as the start date.

Just wish VH would follow VS now as I also had similar problems trying to ask VH how to spend my Virgin vouchers with them when I called over the weekend.

I too had to experience the Indian Call Centre yesterday.

I called yesterday in hopes of getting my BD PNR from VS reservations, (I called BD reservations, they say for my etkt, I had to call VS and not them).

I know how picky BD lobby agents are in DUB and so thinking to save me the grief of having to wrestle with the agent and maybe even rugby tackling her if she starts giving me attitude, I would be sensible and find this PNR code. No luck, the Indian-accented guy in VS reservations started to regurgitate what my baggage allowance was for my BD & VS flights, like for pete's sake; I didn't ask about my baggage allowance, I know what it is. I want to know what my BD PNR reference is. After asking him for it for 5 minutes and each time regurgitating the same stuff i.e. baggage allowance will be 23kg, I gave up.

Towards the end, I think it finally dawned on him what I was requesting for and he stated, "You will have to call BMI to get the PNR reference, sir".

Marvellous service. n(

Whenever I need/want to speak to Virgin about flights, I always ring 01293 562345 & then ask for the relevant dept or F.C colour.

I have to say that I have always been very pleased with the response from the call operators. I hold dear that number as it's not premium rate & it's good service. y)

If you ring that number Roxy-Popsy, would they transfer you to a UK based reservations or just back to the Indian call centre?

Just for my future reference.

Whenever I've rung the 01293 562345 number, it's been answered by ladies of a ceratin age who are helpful & put me thru to FC or pre-order champagne for friends dept (whatever it's really called) etc. :)
