Just a quick one, is there usually the opportunity to upgrade from economy at check in if Premium Economy is not full? Going MAN-MCO 23rd Sept VS075. If so any idea of rough cost?

It is usually around the £200-300 per person level.
There may be offers to upgrade if you look in 'manage my booking' but just because there may be space does not mean that upgrades will be available.
If you want to upgrade and there are offered in 'manage my booking' and you are happy with the price then take up the offer now. It may not be there tomorrow or the day after or at check-in
