Not seen this posted elsewhere (if it has please lock this thread) so thought this may be of interest.

G-VATL has been ferried LDE-TLS-MNL in readiness for being returned to service. Skyliner Aviation now states that she is in MNL being preped and should be back in service very soon.

So by my calculations ignoring G-VROM there are currently no aircraft that are in storage/on lease to other carriers. With the new 330's arriving maybe times are changing.

Will - wasn't one of the LGW 747s dry leased out? Or did it return to the lessor and was passed on?

G-VROM is the LGW 744 that is on dry-lease to AeroSur - no idea how long for though (althouth AeorSur did get a pretty intricate paint-job done on the outside of the aircraft).

Yeh G-VROM is the one that was dried out to Aerosur Slinky. At the back of my brain I want to say its due back in 2012 though not 100% on that.
