Tickets

Do virgin actually send out tickets? We have booked 4 nts in new york with hotel as a package. All booked through virgin holidays.

The flight portion will be an eTicket. Other travel documents are usually posted within 2 weeks of departure.

Mrs Buns and I recently went to Barbados with VH. We were sent a nice envelope which included vouchers for the hotel and transfers and the VH version of an E Ticket (just a headed paper with the flight details on)

Keep you eye out for a big red envelope!! VH send you all the paperwork + e-tickets about 2 - 3 weeks before you travel.

Don't bother checking your booking on the VH website (the page that's called 'Ticket Details') as even when you receive your paperwork/e-tickets, the webpage will still tell you 'tickets not yet sent'!!! That page never updates properly.
