Load check

Hello all
Being a newby to this site (& to Virgin) I'd appreciate some pointers. I've gone through the obvious tabs, but can't see how I can do a load check myself here. Can anyone advise the process pls?|
I'm planning to go PE VS075 10/1/11 & VS076 7/2/11.
