The Swansea Centre will be taking over from the off-shore contact centre, so eventually all VS Contact Centres will be UK-based.

It was officially opened yesterday, and here's a lovely link to the BBC News article, with attached video report!

Quickest way to learn, into the deep end...

No doubts there'll be complaints about show slow they were etc. etc.

Hopefully the teams have got the appropriate discretion to resolve most problems first time.

Only if they're not hampered by targets v( , too many of these call centres are obsessed with the no. of calls taken in an hour than actually spending the time to resolve the customer call first time.
