Hi,

I've been using the shopping link via FC and have received small amounts of miles into my account. Is there anyway to check where each transaction originates from? I'd like to make sure the websites are actually doing what they advertise. Thanks in advance.

If you log in to FC shopping, Shop Now, and then click the link in top right corner where it says "my shopping history"

The system seems to be quite accurate, however I can never understand why I sometimes have a minus amount of miles showing against some transactions. ?|

Is that shopping history accurate though?

My experience of it is that it logs each time you visit an online store linking from the FC page.....whether you make a purchase or not.

So, I might visit John lewis and buy something, then Argos and decide not to buy something. The shopping history will then show visits to John Lewis and Argos, but in actuality, I should only get miles from the purchase at John Lewis.

Any one else confirm or deny this?

Negative miles - err, no!!!!

The negatives miles can be a bit odd but usually stack up, whenever i purchase something i always mark the email confirmation and file it so i can check on it as lots of my purchases dont turn up, and so have to wait the 40 days before requesting them to be credited.
If i didnt do this i would lose a hell of a lot each year.

cheers

The shopping history page is split into 2 sections,

The top part is a purchase report showing retailer, amount spent, amount of miles earned, and status (awarded or pending)

Bottom part is the click report which shows all the retailers you visted through the FC shopping site
