Miss Behavin via NGO

Looks like the VS901 NRT/LHR has gone via NGO. Does anyone know if this is operational or some kind of relief flight?

Crew change so they do not have to stay in Tokyo.

Many international airlines are doing that at the moment or stopping at HKG or ICH

Airlines like SQ are also stopping in KIX for crew change inbound/outbound SIN to NRT.
