I am now dictated by contract on which airline I must fly, but it's always a premium cabin unless the flight is overbooked in those classes.
All the other guys on standard contracts with other organisations are either allocated flights as to their company position or given a travel budget based on location/position which enables them to select airlines or travel class based on their budget preference - they can either add to their pay packet by flying on $10 priceliners or see if they can scrabble together first class RTWs. It's the same with company car policy, you either get one allocated or you get a budget. I go for the budget and hire when required.
If you are a small business then why not put it out to vote, those who value the premium travel vs. those who would rather some folding stuff.
