Hello all,

So I've just booked a cheeky trip for next week to MIA... just noticed on changing my seat it says it's using the 747 - config 4... I was expecting the Airbus since that's the one I've been on before on that flight.

Is the 747 going to annoy me massively by not having V-Port... does anyone know? I bet someone does...

Thanks

Is this a common substitution on this route? I am flying LHR-MIA at end of June (back early July).

Miami route is normally 747 in summer, I'm sure Tinks has the dates :-)

Miami seems to be changing almost weekly between a 744 and a 346 this summer - even changing depending on the day of the week. So checking the seat map on your booking on VS.com should be able to tell you which aircraft you will be on.

Thanks :)

It is currently down as a 346 and we have seats allocated accordingly. We are travelling with a lap infant, plus the in-laws. The in-laws are on a seperate booking (returning on an earlier date) and we would rather not be split up (if an equipment change). We are currently in 2/3/4/5 K, which I am very happy with.

So currently a 346, but am worried about an equipment change.
