Tier point awards on code share flights

I am hoping someone can advise on a tier points/code share query.

If booking via VS on a SAA flight where VS operate a code share will I recieve the standard VS tier points or the number
awarded by the code share partner ?

Edit: I thought it said about code shares... You only get the TP at the partner rate I believe.
