Evening all,
We booked our holiday to Barbados via a T/O (obviously encompassing Virgin flights) - I called Virgin today to request children's meals (as I had very helpfully read on here it was advisable to do). The gentleman in C/S I spoke with asked me if I had considered booking extra legroom seats - I said yes, but thought these could only be bought at CI (we were planning to do TCI to enable us a decent chance of getting extra legroom) - he said no, he could book them there and then. So I've gone ahead and done this, paid £240 for both legs of the journey (there are 4 of us).
Now however I'm concerned that these seats won't materialise after all, having read that there is absolutely no way a customer who did not book direct with VA, can prebook extra legroom seats any farther than 72 hours in advance.
Cany anyone shed any light please
