1st time!!

I haven't been on holiday for a long time and I am going to treat my mum and myself to 2 upper class tickets. They are only Z class so I am wondering do I get a lesser service? Do I get to use the clubhouse with a Z ticket? ?|

I dont want to ask for something to be told that My ticket is not valid for so and so (how embarrasing)

Also when coming out of the plane to country of destination do we come off first. I am flying to Montego Bay.

Does our luggage come of the plane first??

With a Z fare, you get everything the same as the other UC fare codes apart from the CDC service. Also, you earn less miles and TP's compared to the J and D fare codes. Of course the biggest difference in the Z fare code is the restrictions regarding changes, which are very restricted.

Yes, you should board, disembark and get your baggage first (that doesn't always happen). With the LGW fleet because the UC cain is so small and right at the front, they do have to let the downstairs PE cabin and th PE small Y cabin off before UC as it isn't practical to do it any other way.

I normally sit in Economy in front of the door that we will exit from.

Are there two exits then?

Will I get to passport control quickly before the queues start?

Not 100% certain, but it is likely everyone will depart from door L2 (the main door by the stairs to the upper deck). There is a chance that at somewhere like Jamaica they will have some steps to door L1 also, hopefully one of our crew members will answer for certain.

You will be ahead of the majority of the aircraft, but as I said, some non UC pax could get off before you.

When i flew into Montego Bay the crew did usher UC first but as Neil says nothing is 100% certain. Enjoy Jamacia and the UC experiance

Montego Bay has jetways so no steps are used! The jetway is at L2 so next to the stairs to the Upper Deck.

The other Caribbean stations that have jetways are Kingston, Havana and San Juan. 8D
