Hello from a packed NZ lounge in LAX

Very busy as they said last nights VS flight was cancelled

Looking forward to going home after 4 weeks away

No it's not the same as a CH but my favourite NZ lounge none the less (and their wines are generally much better than the CH ) . It can get really busy but it should thin out a bit.

Like Dear Lady Dragon I too like the LAX NZ lounge, although I suppose that if you travel infrequently and from LHR then you don't really see the full span of airline lounges ... NZ at LAX is really very good, I was at the AC Maple Leaf lounge at Toronto last Sunday and that was incredibly poor.

Also, with the VS24 cancelled on Saturday for a tech fault, that will have meant three VS flights on Sunday, no wonder it was busy!

Erm, slinky, I think you have your days muddled up. The VS24 was cancelled on Friday and so went out yesterday evening just after 6pm PT. It's only just Sunday here - well nearly 8am, but you get my drift.

Also, with the VS24 cancelled on Saturday for a tech fault, that will have meant three VS flights on Sunday, no wonder it was busy!

I sincerely hope that your original post had nothing to do with the gin given that it was made at 7am. Even that is a tad early for me, well unless I'm in a CH
